I ordered the dryer balls for a bridal shower gift, so I can't speak for the quality, but LooHoo's service was outstanding! The order was lost in the mail and after contacting LooHoo, they sent another set right out. I received them today and they look great. Thanks for the outstanding customer service! I have used LooHoo Wool Dryer Balls for many years they are the absolute best! Here and there I have tried other brands, but none compare with the quality of LooHoo’s. I have quite a collection now as I always have to have any new colors that come out and the recent release of Color Twist balls is so eye-catching. Customer service is excellent…email with any questions and they reply quickly. I also love that all the wool is sourced locally and the balls are made in Maine. This is an excellent company, you will not be disappointed.

I bought the Wool Dryer Balls gift set in the Jute laundry tote for my daughter as a gift. She loved it. She was very pleased with the fact that they were Maine made as we live in Maine.
