Refund policy

We strive to create an incredible product. If you are unhappy with your order from LooHoo, LLC., please contact us at cyndi@loo-hoo.com and we will work with you to resolve any issues. The product can be returned within 30 days of original purchase. We do not refund shipping charges. If an order needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping and afterwards a full refund of your order will be credited back to your original payment method.
